Tang Bo (Chairman of the Board and President), Mr.Tang Bo is our founder and has served as our executive chairman of the board of directors since our inception. He is also the founder of our parent company, CreditEase, and has served as the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of CreditEase since its inception. In December 2014, Mr. Tang Bo was elected to be the chairman of the Beijing P2P Association, founded by CreditEase together with approximately 30 member enterprises and the first association in the industry in China that is officially registered and overseen by regulators.

Yu Chunyang (Vice President), He was appointed as the executive vice president of the Group in 2002, being mainly responsible for the overall operation and management of Southeastern China region. Mr. Yu Chunyang joined the Group in 1997, and served as the legal manager of the Group from 1998 to 2003.

Pan Yong (Deputy General Manager of the Real Estate Operation Centre), He's a CPC Member, born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Zhejiang University. Currently, the Deputy General Manager of Yanjian Group Ltd. Early years, He was one of the philosophy and social science labs recognized by China's Ministry of Education. Concurrently, He serves as Associate Editor-in-Chief at the Journal of Engineering Design, an internationally influential journal, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Innovation Design Industry Alliance of Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Qing Chun Zhao(Chief financial officer and executive director), Qing Chun Zhao holds the position of Chairman at Shanghai Jujiang Asset Management Co. Ltd., Chairman at Xinyinlian Co. Ltd., Chairman for Shandong Taiheng Development Co. Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director at Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd. He joined Yanjian Group Co Ltd in 2012 and was appointed as Chief financial officer and executive director. In his past career he was Chairman of Zhongyin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. He received an undergraduate degree from Nankai University.

Huang Xiaolong (Director and secretary to the board), Mr. Huang Xiaolong, born in November 1977, Senior Economist, Master of Laws, is the Director and Secretary of the Board of the Company. He served as head of human relation in 1999 to 2005. In 2005 , He was appointed as the Director and secretary to the board. Early years, He served as chairman of Yandex Mining company china.

Sanae Feng(General Counsel), Sanae Feng is the firm's general counsel and a member of the Risk Management Committee. She advises the firm on legal ethics, conflicts of interest, risk management and other professional responsibility issues. She joined Yanjian Group in 2000,Education Harvard Law School JD, cum laude and Stanford University BA, American Studies, with distinction and with honors.

Dr. Zhao Haijun( Chief Operation Officer), Dr. Zhao Haijun became the Executive Director on October 16, 2017 and Chief Executive Officer (now known as Co-Chief Executive Officer) of the Company since May 10, 2017. Dr. Zhao joined the Company in October 2010 and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President in April 2013. In July 2013, Dr. Zhao was appointed asGeneral Manager of Semiconductor Manufacturing North China (Beijing) Corporation, a joint venture company established in Beijing and a subsidiary of the Company. Dr. Zhao received his degree in bachelor of science and doctor of philosophy in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University (Beijing) and master degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.

Liu Jingxian(Public Relation Manager), He Joined Yanjian Group in 2000 and have served three (3) non-executive positions, internal adutior. In 2014, he was appointed as public relation officer and currently a Senior Public Relations Manager. Liu brings experience from previous roles at JLL, Hill+knowlton Strategies, Fleishmanhillard and Ten Communications. Liu holds a 2006 - 2008 Master in Journalism at University of Missouri-Columbia. With a robust skill set that includes Media Relations, Integrated Marketing, Press Releases, Public Relations,and Journalism.
